I had it with them, I'm a 3rd party in a claim, one of your clients smashed into my car with a speed and I then smashed into the car IN front of me, first i got told i must rent a car you will pay me back that I'm still waiting for, I'm a rep and my car is crucial for my work, i have to pay towing and storage for my car because YOUR Client was reckless, you got all the documents YOU wanted Now i cant do my work I'm a single mother with 3 kids in school that just by the way got hurt in the MVA , Its not my job to phone you constantly I WANT MY CAR FIXED, to the condition my car was before the MVA My car was still under warrantee!!!!!!
Assessor first send me a offer for half of my damage on my car for a service provider that did not even see my car at all,
