Funeral policy appears on credit report
I just noticed that my funeral policy with OUTsurance is showing up on my credit report, which I find confusing because, as far as I know, a funeral policy isn’t considered credit. Outsurance can you please explain this to me.

. We are members of the South African Credit & Risk Reporting Association and we are obliged to provide the credit bureaus with the details of financial transactions relating to our premiums. Your payment towards your insurance will reflect on your credit report but does not refer to an amount owing. We confirm all your payments are up to date and there is no amount owing to OUTsurance.
