Funeral Cover Unpaid
Outsurance has no care or empathy for their customers. My dad has passed away and I missed two premiums due to unseen circumstances. I have been with them since 2019 and they won't even given me the premiums I paid over the years. This is what most insurance houses do. They are a ****. I trusted them. DONT USE FOR FUNERAL COVER!!!
