Full of excuses not to pay out claims
A cat died in my roof. Guess what- damage not covered!
Outsurance is full of excuses on why they should not pay out claims. This is now the second incident in less than 2 months where they will not cover certain items.
I need an insurance company that will cover for unlikely events not fine print perils.
