Full House in Lawn Bowls - not covered

Today I tried to claim for a full house achieved in lawn bowls during a national competition. The consultant told me it is not covered anymore, why not? Since when? The consultant didn't know when it was stopped and couldn't provide any details. They cover my lawn bowls equipment but not the full house payout which in lawn bowls is equivalent to a hole-in-one in golf? On the Outsurance website they advertise that they cover the full house under their Business or medical professional insurance. Why the **************?
