Fuel Assistance

On Saturday 19/09/15 at 12h25 I was caught off guard on my way home from a friends house when I ran out of fuel on the corner of Witkoppen & Leeuwkop road in Sandton. I contacted HelpAtOut when Jean-Pierre (JP) answered. I requested fuel assistance & he promptly let me know that someone would be with me in 30mins or less with 10L of fuel. Between himself and the roadside assistance company that he contacted to assist me - they contacted me EIGHT times just to check on me and to let me know how far the driver is with the fuel. This is beyond what I was expecting! I felt safe knowing someone was looking out for me. JP delivered on his word when my fuel arrived in little under 30 mins. Thank you a million times over. If it wasn't for JP I don't know how I would've come right. Give that man a bells! :)
