Frustrated and very unhappy

I called them to cancel my insurance 2times got through to a gentleman that kept on asking me all sorts of questions then he had to call he as he had to reboot his system then the lady by the name of Brownie who I spoke to earlier on still had the audacity to call me in between to ask me why am I now wanting to cancel again I mean seriously if a person wants to cancel it’s their choice
