FRUSTRATED AND TAKEN FOR A FOOL!!!!

I am very disappointed with the treatment I am getting. it is almost being disrespected and taken for a fool. I have 4 years no claim and my recent claim this month was due to another party causing the accident. in the 4 years, my premium has remained high averaging R1,000. despite the no claim. this month I made a claim against a 3rd party and lost my no claim. my car was quoted R17,000. Quoted stated SECOND HAND and ALTERNATIVE PARTS. l asked the panel beater who told me because my car is out of warranty, Outsurance does not allow them to use new genuine parts. the panel beater did a very good job with the repairs though you can see there is bottom trim on the back bumper which shouldn't be there; suggesting an alternative part. the bumper itself is a second hand. I have approached Outsurance to review my premium because I struggle to see why I should continue paying a high premium when my car is only good enough for USED and ALTERNATIVE parts! I have now spoken to 4 representatives who literally are disrespecting my point of view and arguing my premium to remain high due to increasing costs of parts! Over the 4 years, I have paid in excess of R48,000 with no claim. My recent claim cost R17,000. Outsurance has profited R31,000 from me over the 4 year period. My car value has depreciated over the 4 years, my no claim bonus has done nothing to reduce my premiums. Why am I still paying the same high premium when all other factors affecting my risk profile have actually improved? I have asked for a Manager to call me and yet each time a different person with no authority keeps calling and then promise to have a Manager call. When I do get the promised call, its the same story. What upsets me the most is how these people start by saying "I believe you have a problem with the job the panel beater did"! The panel beater did NOTHING wrong, My problem is with Outsurance who believe my car is only good for inferior parts, and if I were to sell my car today, the value is already lower than what I could have received by the mere fact that it is visible the parts are not original. C'mon Outsurance do the right thing or I go to the Ombudsman with the quote and my premiums over the past 4 years! My small print does not state I am only good for USED and ALTERNATIVE parts!
