Frustrated

Someone from Outsurance called me to try and quote me on short Term Insurance. I informed her that i didn't want to get a quote or waste both our times as you have never been able to beat my current quote and refused to pay me the R400 on the last 2 occasions. She apologises and the call was eneded.<br> Then a day or 2 later, her Manager, Shaun, called to give a chance to quote me again, i told him of my current premium and what i get regarding benefits etc. He insisted that he would beat it. I informed him that you where unable to on the past 3 occasions and this is going to waste my time again. He insisted that i given them another chance, asked if i would get the R400 if he wasted my time again, he said that he will beat my current premium. <br> So i agreed and he transferred me to his senior sales agent, who once again was unable to beat my current quote. I was extremely upset as i stated this on the last 2 calls and they insisted that i get a quote. I requested that Shaun call me back as i stated that if he was unable to beat the quote, i want to cancel my building insurance with you guys as you just waste my time and have empty promises.<br> <br> He has not called me & i want to cancel!
