From the time that I reported the damage to my car the response from Outsurance was excellent. I service from the consultant was flawless and very knowledgeable with immediate email confirmation regarding the lodge and acceptance of the complaint. This was followed up with details and confirmation of place, date and time to meet with the assessor. The assessor was on time with a spot on assessment and details of the place of repair and details thereof. Therefore I had a follow up from Outsurance to see if there service was satisfactory. I give Outsurance in all of this a 10 out of 10 and definitely recommend them as a top assurer. Thank You Outsurance
