From the point of being onboarded till now, I have received exceptional service! More specifically, the OUTSurance App functions so well and it is user friendly! I have been able to make amendments to my information, register for smart drive and call into the call centre whenever I need to! The call centre is very prompt at answering my calls and patient with my every query! As a first time buyer, there are a lot of things I genuinely just don’t understand and I’ve received great service from Nomsa in explaining what excess fees are and how they affect your premiums etc… highly recommend OUTSurance first time buyers especially.
