From the moment I called OUTsurance to register a possible claim for my pet, the service I received was awesome. The consultant was empathetic and I really felt that she understood my concerns w.r.t. my sick dog. She was extremely caring in her approach and her administrative skills are complementary! My claim was approved within ONE day. I even received a follow up call to find out how my dog was doing.
