From small things big things one day come!

In all the poor service delivery complaints in SA, I must admit that my experience with OUTsurance has allowed me to pick the little bit of hope in my pocket. My vehicle was booked for a service, and they found a few chip marks on the windscreen. A common phone call to OUTsurance changed my perspective of service delivery into a huge positive experience. I was really impressed in the manner my "little" problem was managed and executed in the shortest time ever...couple of hours! Pity though that such service delivery cannot be delegated to some government departments. Punt intended!
