From pillar to post

<p>Made an accident in December and called my insurer who referred me to a renault approved dealer (cape motor corporation)in Brackenfell .i accepted that they could only accommodate me in January due to places closing during the holiday period.today i phoned to make my appointment and was told that i should now go to Claremont as the one in Brackenfell can longer accommodate me.I feel this is unacceptable that a reputable insurer company does business with a place like this.trust they (outsurance) can do something about this as i'm not willing to drive that far with a car that has been in an accident</p>
