From Okay service to Great service

<p>I initially dealt with Olga Ndlovu when enquiring about getting my Honda CRV insured through Outsurance (incidentally I saw an adverti*****t on TV about a Toyota Fortuner being insured for R873 p/m but my insurance cover is almost R1230 p/m, not sure why the discrepancy?).</p> <p>Olga filled me in on the necessary details in a friendly manner however she failed to tell me I could pick up my "do not tow" stickers at PG Glass at the same time as I was having my car validated, Olga also did not send a confirmation letter to MFC confirming cover.</p> <p>I phoned Out this morning and David Pieterse assisted me. Very helpful, very professional and got the letter sorted and sent to MFC in seconds. Baie Dankie David</p>
