From bad to great service.

A few weeks ago I made a complaint about Outsurance on this platform. Although it is poor form that I need to make a public outcry to get a response from them; the way in which they handled the complaint once I had their attention was commendable. I hope this review helps Outsurance to identify a potential shortcoming in their process and prevents other Outsurance customers from experiencing the same issue as me.
