From bad to good!

First I had a horrible interaction with a employee from Outsurance. They increased my insurance by R400 and could only tell me it is inflation. So I googled todays inflation rate and it is 3%. Calculated on the amount I already pay take into account my car is paid off and a 2018 model. This would mean it increaes by only R60. How do you jump by R400? Anyways first guy talks about bricks and buildings has no clue what he is talking about. I see I am not getting anywhere and this guy is not trying to help me and I said okay ill cancel then. This guy says okay he will transfer me to accounts department.... Now if I knew that one of my employees would show away a customer that is happy with his service i would find a solution immediately!

Luckily they gave me Jason Dominy! This guy explained to me and made a plan. We all struggling in this economy and inflation is killing us but this guy was gonna make sure I stayed with Outsurance and thank God he did! Im a new home owner and the costs are killing us and we trying to make ends meet so this helps us a lot.
