from a highjacking vivtim to outsurance victim

As to my complaint under same title it will be a month tomorrow and im still waiting for outsurance to investigate the existense of my vehicle i was high jacked in (caught on camera) .as asked i provided all info demanded. Proof of purchase etc. By the way the car was a gift to me. However i have been without a car for a month while i am waiting for mr Meyers ridiculus witch hunt will outsurance pay a car rental for me or will they drive me around. <br> I did seek legal advice and my advisor refered a letter to outsurance yet no reply .i think a month of investigation is laughable . And at this point i am questioning whether or not to go public . I am not the only one being victimised by by the inadequate staff and there comes a point where i say this is enough.
