Friendly Exceptional Service

I'd just like to send a compliment to Patrick Brourard, who is a building assessor for Outsurance.

After logging an building insurance claim with Outsurance (my roof was leaking and a corner of the roof sheeting had been blown loose during a storm), Patrick came out to assess my roof.

He was friendly, courteous and punctual, and after assessing what I thought was going to be thousands in repairs, he offered some quick, great advice which saved time and money and from having to go through with a claim which would probably increase my premiums!

I'd just like to thank him for his excellent service and highly recommend anyone who needs to have their building assessed by Outsurance, to ask for Patrick by name!
