Karabo Mashego contacted me to offer me a comparative quote on my car insurance. Although I was at work and didn't really have time for the call, Karabo was so friendly and bubbly over the phone that I decided to proceed with the quote. Even though Outsurance could not beat my current insurance provider's premium, Karabo and I had a lovely chat and a laugh together, and it turned out to be a pleasant break from my day.
