FRIENDLY AND PLEASANT TO SPEAK TO

Twice I phone OUtsurance this morning, to change banking details. Each time, two different Gentleman (please refer back to voice recording).<br> <br> I find them very helpful and friendly and just great to speak to. Normally customer care is generally so cold. They were very welcoming to my phone call. Even when I phoned 2nd time to change my banking details.<br> I am still a new client.<br> <br> Thank you
