Friendliest service

As I'm not usually one to take the time rating anything. I want to say how utterly impressed I am with Dawid's professional, prompt and friendly service. After having the most awful day dealing with other USELESS service providers, his friendliness was a breath of fresh air. It totally made my day! I know that call centre work is incredibly tough, for staff to be this friendly and helpful speaks volumes about Outsurance's commitment to their staff. Two enthusiastic thumbs up! Lastly if ever there is an employee of the month Dawid's name should be at the top of the list. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
