I tried doing a car insurance with outsurance it was tooo ridiculous I then decided to go to my way,and now they deducted 119 and found out that there is no funds in my account,what are you deducting cause I don't have any policy with you guys ,,,,what is that 119 that you deducted and for what ....are you guys working with ******** now de*****ing people account i didn't even receive a debimandate for this ,I will be opening a cause with insurance ombudsman how can you just deduct without being authorized who authorized this ????and what are you charging me for and who authorized you to deduct on that day sort it out I don't have any insurance with you guys

Further to our private reply of yesterday, Lush has been in contact with you.
After auditing the calls in question we can confirm that contents cover was accepted which explains the premium that was deducted.
However the premium was returned and therefore no refund is necessary.
You informed us that you were not aware of this and will check your bank statement.
Lush has been unsuccessful in his attempts to contact you to confirm the above and has subsequently sent you an email.
