<p>A deduction was made out of the account of an NPO I am treasurer for - we have no policy with you and would appreciate an immediate refund. An email was sent to your ***** address on the 14th September and no response to date it is many more hours later than 48 - kindly rectify with interest, NPO's can ill afford to cover the premiums they can hardly cover running costs</p>
