********** activity by Outsurance

I was in the process of purchasing a new vehicle. I contacted Outsurance for a quote However, on the 2 November i realised money was deducted from my account for a vehicle i didnt even own as yet and today also on the 3rd they deducted more more money! how can an insurance company take money for a vehicle which i dont own. I called them asking them how do i get a my money back. They want me to go to the bank and get a statement to get my money back. How does it become my problem ! Its pathetic how they do business.
