********* and parasitic insurance company

I submitted a claim in February because of the incessant rain we experienced in January and December. My roof got damaged and there was leakages in the house. I informed the insurance and they sent as assessor. He was very rude and impatient and kept on telling me about his other clients that he had to see. He mentioned that he has been around my area often lately and that my query is not unique as the residents are complaining about the same damages the rain caused . He also said the rain is not responsible for the damage and the insurance wont pay as it a big job. I complaint to the insurance about the assessor ,The rain caused damage to my property and its something I had no control of, I have been with the Outsurance from 2012. The insurance also called me to tell me that they are only going to paint my celling but wont fix the damage, I'm very disappointed at your conduct and your service you are ********** taking peoples monies and when you are supposed to payout you refuse. You are a big cooperate you think you can trick people and not adhere to what you are supposed to do. I will tell every body who is willing to listen about this friends, colleagues and anybody not to use you. If my claim wasn't valid then why chose to do half of it? I will also join that movement of boycotting you and will canvas . You are a bad cooperate!
