Outsurance are *****s. I sent in my Dell i5 core laptop to be fixed and they sent me back a Dell celeron as if I'm dumb or stupid that I won't notice. They blame me for not checking when I trusted them with my laptop. They gave me a R5000 laptop and kept my R15 000 laptop. I will make sure people know about this ********** business they running.
