***** USING MY NUMBER AND REFUSING TO REMOVE IT

They (Outsurance and and Shoprite) used my number for "someone" they signed up for insurance. I called multiple times last week (recorded the calls) to get my number removed and they lie each time and say its removed. I still have not received the confirmation that it has been removed. My number is still there and requests to speak to the manager are ignore and the manager never calls me back. the number I called is *** policy number is OT***3 When will you remove it and when will I get the confirmation message that you have?
