***** listing

Good day, I recently bought a new vehicle and wanted to place it on insurance. I have not had insurance in place for many years so one of the companies i tried was Outsurance. The call center contacted me and asked me for my ID number and the agent then informed me that he cant assist me as i have committed *****. ***** is a very strong word so i asked him what was the nature of the ***** but he would not answer me. I urgently need to know what type of ***** i am listed for so that i can decide what my next steps is against Outsurance. Please assist as a matter of urgency.
