Why need my ID number if I am not a client? Why ask again for my ID if i want to report this to the complaints department?
No insurance company does this. This is a **** to bull**** people into buying into a scheme that will cost them money and time in the end. You outsurance now fall under the same category as the rest of the ******* and ****** that use email or phone into ******** people first for their personal information then for their money.
