*****!!! Instating insurence policies without the policy holders knowledge!
A angry employee took insurance out on our small bt registered company, Outsource had no right to accept the insurance policy without the authorization of the directors and members or any form of management agreement and put himself (the employee) down as the beneficiary, but somehow the policy was issued and we are paying for the policy.
Outsurance refuses to cancel the policy without talking to the employee directly even though the insurance is in the name of the company and the employee is just the beneficiary. How the hell does this happen. It is ***** through and through and we cant cancel anything.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Manoj our sales manager contacted the director to discuss what had transpired. The policy was taken out by the ex partner and he only noted himself as director. We followed correct procedure set out by FAIS legislation and we did the full underwriting with him. We would not have any knowledge that he was an ex employee. Manoj subsequently got all the necessary information from the director and he processed cancellation.
