I'd like to report *****. On Friday (13/11/2015) I was called by one of your agents about life insurance.<br> I explicitly told him that I did't want the claim, but I just want a quote on it to compare with my current one. While taking details of the quote we got disconnected due to bad signal on my side. After the call I received an email saying my policy schedule for my car insurance has been revised. This increased my premium from R 1 132.02 to R 1 418.18. This is just over 2 months after joining Outsurance. Then today (15/11/2015), I got a debit order taken out on my bank account for R124.00 from Outsurance with a reference of Outsurance OT***. I don't know what this amount is for but all this happened because of your sales agent, of which I did't agree to buy any insurance products from. <br> <br> This is ***** from Your sales agent!!
