***** CASE!!!

Changing my Insurance to OUTSURANCE as they always advertise its the best and cheapest...<br> I was told when getting a quote that when joining OUTSURANCE I will not pay the joining fee \\as I want to safe money\....HAHAHA whatever. So come the day for my debit order to go of BOOM there they deduct the R307 joining fee...So to me this is an unauthorized deduction made by Outsurance as no one agreed to that amount. Hence the fact I phoned them on 28 September stating that this is seen as *****!! I explained that they need to solve this immediately as my other debit orders are going of this account.
