We have been with outsurance for over 10years and this was our first claim. They rejected the claim and accused us of *****. They found a problem with every item reported. They interrogated us for 9 hours. It was a nightmare. The ombudsman doesn't even meet with you, says they agree with the insurance company. What amazes me is that they don't come and check before taking your money but when it comes to paying out, they just want to walk away. Outsurance is a **** and a SHAME. Someone has to tear them apart.
