Forget about the false R1 500 promise.

After numerous adverts that we see everyday about the R1 500 promotion I decided to give them a try. A gentleman called me and after the long tedious process they couldn't beat my insurance. The gentleman then said I qualify for the R1 500.00 and he said they'll send me a link and I I specifically asked him to repeat my email address, nonetheless no link was received and when I called again enquiring the lady I spoke to said I must send an email. I sent the email but still no response whatsoever. So my question is why is Outsurance so quick to call you to offer insurance but then they can keep their end of the bargain with what they advertise?
