Forcing to stay with Outsurance!
Good Day
I’m highly annoyed!
If I phone to cancel a policy after I tell the agents that WEVE BEEN ****** AND HELD AT GUNPOINT and my parents took out insurance already that I haven’t been aware of, the agents still forces me to stay and get more insurances.
I don’t think they understand that our family has gone through the most and that I just want to cancel my policy!
Why do I have to beg as if you are paying me to have this policy with you! Why do I need to beg you to cancel if ITS MY MONEY!?
