For a person who doesn't have someone to call and swiftly respond to your need at the hour that was awkward for anyone to offer help. Outsurance was my hope and they came through for me in distress. I was in KZN visiting. I hit a pothole, my front tire got damaged at past 22h00 night. We were 4 women in the car. Didn't know how to use the kit for tire change. It took less than 15min for Outsurance to respond and change tire. What I liked was that guy escorted us out of that route to the free way, we didn't know we were lost. They are quick to respond and offer help when you in need. This was not my first experience ( but 2nd experience)
