I told the lady that was doing a qoute for me that I will not be able to afford a premium of 3000 she quoted me and wanted to end the call. She then asked my budget upon telling her she says she will speak to her manager under the condition that I accept the offer. I mentioned I will need to sit, consider and come back to you before I accept the offer on the call. She told me "Have a nice day" and hung up the phone. Does this mean we are forced to accept the offer before the negotiations with the manager if not then we told to F** off?
