FNB and OUTSURANCE

I like to found out if you buy property the seller only have to issue you with a electric certification. But when the bank come out to do validation they a proof the loan a cordenly to validation.

My question is why don't the insurance not covered the in side the roof or why don't the bank or attorney also not ask for A19.

As customer on First National Bank they not prepared to pay out the structure of my roof and they also got the Insurance for me. Surly when they do there valuation they need to inform the new buyer.

Outsurance only told me I have 21 days to get new roof. What a nonsense is that. Do they think we have that money on me. They even don't have contractors that specialize in it.
