My fur baby had an accident at home and when arriving at the vet I phoned OutSurance pet claims to find out all the ways they can assist me asap. I was assisted by SIZWE KHAMBULE who really went out of hes way to make the entire process as smooth as possible and really made an effort to not burden me with any additional worry than what Iw as already experiencing at the time.
