Flat roof LIE
Im very disappointed in outsurance and the person they sent to look or investigate on our roof claim.
This guy whoever he is told outsurance that we have a flat roof which we don't so as a result outsurance can't payout as a flat roof is an exclusion which WE DON'T HAVE A FLAT ROOF.
We have a policy number and never skipped payments but outsurance was very quick to reject our claim and we don't have a flat roof it is just an excuse for them not to payout.
