FIX THIS OUTSURANCE YOU PUT UP FALSE CREDIT REPORTS
You app**** a negative credit bureau rating to me after I cancelled my policy now it shows you I owe you money under SIAS Administration company but in fact you still owe me a refund of over R1000.00 please rectify this as you are affecting my score significantly due to no fault of my own.

OUTsurance is a member of the Credit Providers Association and as such we are legally obliged to provide the credit bureaus with the details of financial transactions relating to our premiums. This includes both payments of premiums and instances where premiums are not paid. We dont list clients and our inquiries will never affect your score.
We have escalated your complaint to our ITC department to follow up with the bureaus regarding this matter. We will be in touch to advise accordingly.
We take your complaint very seriously and will do everything we can to resolve this fairly and quickly to your satisfaction.

07 Apr 2020, 17:43This is not good enough, it's not that payments are missed I don't owe you anything, YOU OWE ME A REFUND STILL so to now go and report a **** missed payment to the credit bureau is wrong and incorrect in fact **********ly so. So correct this and have it removed from my credit profile!
