Five Star Service from Wouter

<p>Prompt. Efficient. Friendly. Nothing too much trouble (.. even when I called in with additions to the policy I'd forgotten to mention). He helped me sort out insurance for our new car on Friday ... we took delivery on Sa****ay ... and on Sunday were involved in an accident (when a motorist who alleged he'd taken sleeping pills accelerated into our car, and another, while we were stationery at an intersection). Hoping Wouter brings his A-Game back to the office today.</p>
