Five star service

<p>There is shining star at Outsurence; Katlego Aphane. She gives a good service with a smile and warmth you can decern from her voice. She assisted me when I had a problem with my vehicle, thanks to her my car was safely towed to the dealership within minutes of my call to her. </p> <p> </p> <p>Katlego called me back to check whether the tow truck has arrived, yet she is not in the section that deals with claims but she went that extra mile anyway, now that's what I call first class service, I have been with Outsurence ten years, and received good service most of the time but yours stands out!</p> <p> </p> <p>Keep up the good work Katlego, you certainly give Outsurence a good name; your service was awesome.
