Firstly when I double insuranced by mistake, I got a full refund from OUTsurance. I then decided to move to them after having trouble with a claim from Kingprice. My most recent claim was quick and easy. The claims officer was proficient and communicated really effectively to help keep me in the loop. I wasn't given any addition stress having claimed a few days late (being in the hospital) and did not have to hunt for any documents with the insurance official dealing with MFC on my behalf. Contrast this to my previous insurers which took months to finalize my claim and blamed me for not getting the documents they could have accessed themselves.
