Firstly the daunting task of any insurance claim brings nightmare vibes to anyone Outsurance made this process seemless and somewhat enjoyable . I had a motor vehicle warranty claim which was assessed and finalised in a week .They were in constant contact with me during the process and were very accommodating when i couldnt provide some information knowing full well that i am not a mechanic and my knowledge of repairs was limited.I have been with Outsurance for over 20 years with nothing but good service during that timeb and now recommend them to my kids as they start they adult lives .They are probably cost effective options out there but when it comes down to the crunch you want a company that has your best interest at heart and i think Outsurance is that company.
