Firstly I sent a request for a call back to 3 insurance companies ... OUTsurance was the only company that called back ... and the gentleman that did call back did so within 5 mins of me of me requesting a call back . The gentleman who called was very helpful and was very efficient ... the process took about 20 mins and 5 mins of that time was me struggling to get hold of my wife to ask what her ID number was whilebhe waited patiently ... he spoke clearly ... the insurance cover was made effective immediately ... I asked that proof of insurance cover be emailed to the car dealership which he did promptly ... I will definitely recommend OUTsurance to my friends and family.
