First time you disappointed me!

Been. Client since your inception! A very happy one! But then I get a mail to changes to my policy. I call you this past Mo day and your agent is really very poor! A first for me. All I asked was what were the changes and what it meant. He could not answer me. He said he will get a supervisor to call me as I got really irate at his ill conceived answers. It is tomorrow 3 days later. Still waiting. My very first poor interaction with you ever. Sad day Outsurance
