First time Customer Satisfaction

<p>I contacted Outsurance to request a quote on vehicle insurance. Being a first-time client, I was surprised by the comprehensive insurance cover that they issue at an affordable premium, which was far better than that quoted by Nedbank with whom I have my home insurance - I assumed that Nedbank would offer me comprehensive cover at a competetive price had I taken a joint home-vehicle insurance package.</p> <p>I was assisted by a gentleman by the name of Isaiah Maponya who explained the terms and conditions clearly and transparently. I was particularly impressed by the manner in which he repsonded to questions indicative a person who is knowledgable and aufet with the product that he is selling - this is rare given that most telle-consultants read from a screen prompt (script) and are unable to answer questions with clarity. Most of all, his attitude was congenial. </p> <p> </p> <p>A satisfied customer! </p>
