First Class Service from Kalvin Govender at Outsurance

<p>I sent an e-mail to Outsurance and within 3 minutes I received a call from a delightful agent named Kalvin, he introduced himself clearly and was amenable to phoning me back at a more convenient time. I really appreciate Kalvins dedication in getting hold of me as I missed his calls a few times and then couldn't speak when he called. After the 6th call I managed to have time to talk and was most impressed with his professionalism. Sad to say though that as much as I want to get insurance through Outsurance the premium was much higher than what I am currently paying. As soon as my current premiums go up again I will definitely get my insurance through Outsurance. The one thing I don't understand though is that the e-mail I received initially said that if they could not beat my current insurance premiums then I would get R400 but nothing like that has been offered?</p> <p>Thank you again Kalvin you are a 5 star</p>
